Sign in from any page
Click the Login button in the top-right of the header and pick the portal that matches your role — agent, manager, or admin. Every page has it, so you're never more than one click from signing in. - Step 2 of 6
Land on your dashboard
After signing in you'll arrive at a dashboard tuned for your role. It highlights what needs attention right now — no digging through menus to find your day's work. - Step 3 of 6
Use the left nav to move around
Every portal has a sidebar with the sections you have access to. Click a section to open it; the page fills the main area on the right. Your top-of-mind sections are pinned near the top. - Step 4 of 6
Open a record to see the details
Lists (leads, applications, users) are clickable. Open a row to see the full record, add notes, update status, and take the next action. - Step 5 of 6
Save as you go — drafts are automatic
Long forms like discovery and new applications auto-save while you type. Close the tab, come back later, and pick up where you left off. - Step 6 of 6
Sign out from the header
When you're done, open the account menu in the header and choose Sign out. Your session ends on every device tied to that login.

FAQ
Answers to first-week questions
- How do I get access?
- Access is invite-only. Your district admin sends an invite email — click the link, set a password, and you're in.
- I forgot my password.
- On any sign-in page, use the password reset link. You'll get an email with a fresh link to set a new password.
- I signed in to the wrong portal.
- No problem — open the Login menu in the header and pick the one that matches your role. The wrong portal will simply bounce you back home.
- I don't see my leads yet.
- Leads appear once they're assigned to you. If your queue is empty on day one, check in with your manager.
- A link sent me to a sign-in screen.
- That's expected — deep links into a portal require you to be signed in. Sign in once and you'll land on the page you were headed to.
